1. Who we are

Sanpiz ("Sanpiz," "we," "us") is an outdoor construction company based in Arlington, Texas, serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area. 2. Information you give us

When you fill out a form, call, text or email us, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the city or address of your project, what you're planning to build, and how you heard about us. If you send photos of your yard, we keep those with your request.

If you hire us, we also collect the details needed to do the job: your property address, the scope and drawings we agree on, payment information (processed by a third-party payment provider; we don't store full card numbers), and any photos we take of the work.

3. Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting, analytics and advertising tools collect standard technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and approximate location based on IP address. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described in section 6.

4. How we use it

• To respond to your request and prepare a written estimate
• To communicate with you about your project by phone, text or email
• To schedule and complete work you've hired us for, and to handle warranty follow-up
• To send invoices and process payments
• To measure how people find and use the site and which ads bring them here
• To meet legal, tax and insurance obligations
• To protect against fraud and misuse

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We share it only with service providers who help us run the business and who are bound to use it solely for that purpose: our website host, form and email providers, our text-messaging and phone provider, payment processors, accounting software, and the analytics and advertising platforms named in section 6. We'll also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our crew or our customers.

6. Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well.

We advertise on Google, Facebook and Instagram, and we use Google Ads and Meta tracking on this site to measure those ads and to show them to people who have visited us. That means Google and Meta may place cookies in your browser and receive information about your visit. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your Google ad settings and your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences, or by using your browser's cookie controls.

7. Text messages

If you give us permission to text you, we handle that under our Terms of Use & SMS Terms. Your mobile number and your consent to be texted are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

8. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for up to 3 years so we can follow up if you come back to us. Project records, including contracts, scopes, invoices and job photos, are kept for at least 7 years, or longer where warranty, tax or legal requirements call for it.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing Help@Sanpiz.com. We'll respond within 45 days. We may keep information we need to complete a job, honor a warranty, or meet a legal obligation.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, stop texts by replying STOP, and manage cookies in your browser. Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act to access, correct, delete and obtain a copy of their personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising; you can exercise them at the email above and appeal any decision by replying to our response.

10. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including password-protected accounts, encrypted connections and reputable providers. No method is perfectly secure, but we limit access to the people who need it to do their jobs.

11. Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

12. Other sites

We sometimes link to other websites, including Google Business, Facebook and Instagram. Their privacy practices are their own; we encourage you to read their policies.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes are posted here with a new effective date.
